Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has said that President Bola Tinubu was well aware that some of the policies he has undertaken are causing serious hardship in the country.
He, however, noted that the President had never at any occasion told anyone it was going to be easy, but insisted that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
reports that since taking over office from former President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023, Tinubu has taken tough decisions like the removal of subsidies on petroleum products and the floating of the naira among others. His decisions have sent the prices of goods and services high and subjected citizens to hardship. Appearing on Channels Television on Tuesday, the Nasarawa number one citizen said there is light at the end of the tunnel, assuring of better days ahead.
