Guber Poll: Sanwo-Olu woos civil servants, distributes 30,000 bags of Lake rice

Sanwo-Olu’s aide handed over the rice to the workers after a meeting held at Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa secretariat, Ikeja, which was attended by hundreds of civil servants in the state.

Vanguard gathered that the approval to use the Secretariat Auditorium was Ambode’s response to allegations that he was sponsoring Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s candidate, Jimi Agbaje, to win the march 9thpoll. “You witness the event today yourself and you see that several civil servants went home with bags of rice. And that is to tell you that the governor is wooing us ahead of the election.”

Meanwhile on his alleged support Agbaje, his Chief Press Secretary, Abeeb Aruna, debunked the claim that the governor was sponsoring any candidate aside APC candidate, saying there is no iota of truth in that.
