“This approach contrasts with the ideals of inclusive governance, which should focus on removing obstacles to employment rather than introducing additional financial challenges. “We urge the government to extend the deadline to accommodate those who were unable to apply earlier due to financial constraints. Furthermore, the government should refund those who have already paid the fee. We also call on the governor to immediately reverse the policy.
