The Rivers State government has declared Wednesday, May 3 as a public holiday to welcome the ‘President-elect’ Bola Tinubu to the southern Nigerian state. Governor Nyesom Wike had invited Tinubu to inaugurate some projects in the state and the ‘President-elect’ had accepted the invitation. Tinubu would inaugurate Rumuola/Rumuokwuta Flyover and a new Magistrate Courts Complex in the state. The projects would be inaugurated on Wednesday, May 3 and Thursday, May 4.
