Governor Lalong Condemns Killing Of 20-year-old Varsity Student In Plateau By Army Personnel
Bala was first arrested by vigilantes alongside six others for violating the lockdown order put in place to stop the spread of Coronavirus but was soon shot dead despite establishing his innocence. He said,"I am shocked and saddened by the death of Mr Rinji Peter Bala, who was said to have been shot by security personnel along Zaria Road, Jos, on 12th May 2020.
