Wife of the Lagos State Governor, Dr Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, has advised Muslims to be faithful, available and teachable, emulating the teachings of Eid-el-Kabir.
The governor’s wife gave the advise at the Eid-ul-Adha celebration hosted by the First Family at the Lagos House, Ikeja, on Sunday.
“As we bask in the euphoria of this celebration, let us be reminded of the obligation on us to be ‘FAT in the Lord’ and also pass this on to our children so much so that they are made to know and appreciate the need to equally be faithful to Allah’s command. “This surely points in the direction that we all will be rewarded based on our deeds either good or bad.”
