Gov Makinde gives COVID-19 test update, confirms new case
In a series of tweets on Saturday, Makinde said the State has conducted a total of 453 tests.He tweeted, “The COVID-19 confirmation test for one suspected case came back POSITIVE, today. This brings the number of active cases in Oyo State to six.
“A total of 453 tests have been conducted at the COVID-19 drive-through/walk-through testing centre at Adamasingba Stadium. Testing is still ongoing at the centre. “Please, keep following the directives of the Oyo State COVID-19 Task Force. Wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, regularly.
“Also, continue to maintain social distancing. Gatherings in Oyo State are limited to a maximum of ten persons.”
