President Buhari of the All Progressives Congress was in the early hours of Wednesday declared winner by the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission , Professor Mahmood Yakubu polling a total of 15,191,847 to defeat his closest challenger, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party who got a total of 11, 262,978.
