Players trying to take part in the latest event in Zenless Zone Zero are being faced with lag and glitchy sessions, making it hard to play.
For a game that only came out in July, Zenless Zone Zero is catching a lot of heat for a perceived lack of variety and its events. At the moment, there is an event mode in Zenless Zone Zero that lets you play with friends at the arcade in New Eridu to take part in what is essentially multiplayer Snake. Zenless Zone Zero is off to a good start, by all accounts, reaching its revenue milestone not long after launching.
Image taken by VideoGamer One post on Reddit lamented their experience, saying it is: “glitchy laggy garbage”, going on to say “The inherent lag of multiplayer making other snakes get random speed boosts so they catch up to their real position is absolute garbage to play around”. Lag causes all kinds of frustrations, but this is amplified when there is premium currency to earn in ZZZ by clearing objectives and winning the mode.
