Former Rivers State Governor, Dr. Peter Odili, has said incumbent Governor Siminalayi Fubara has surpassed all other former governors in the state considering performances within the first year of governance.Odili described him as a 'young, resilient, humble, irreplaceable, and greater fighter' for the welfare of Rivers people. The former governor made the statement during the 4th convocation ceremony of PAMO University of Medical Sciences .
Governor Fubara, who was awarded an honorary Doctor of Science degree, offered automatic employment to 76 graduates of the school.He reaffirmed his administration's dedication to providing a safer environment, fostering prosperity, and transforming the state.
