The Federal Road Safety Corps has returned some recovered valuables to Judy Membu, the owner and victim of a road accident in Abuja. The valuables which comprised local and foreign currencies were recovered at the scene of the accident that occurred at Wuye junction along the Berger-Area 1 expressway.The accident was reported to have occurred due to a distraction by the victim who was alleged to have been on the phone while driving on the highway.The sector commander said the zone 7 command of the FRSC was quick to react to the incident from the point of notification.
He assured that the FRSC was fully prepared to promptly deploy personnel and logistics during emergencies in the FCT.
