Operatives of the Adamawa State Police Command have arrested four suspected armed robbers and recovered the tricycle they allegedly took from one Nuhu Muhammad.
Daily Post learnt Monday that this happened on Sunday, April 7 when Nuhu Muhammed raised alarm where he was attacked along Jimeta Bridge in the state capital, Yola, A statement by the state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Suleiman Nguroje, gave the names of the suspected robbers as Abdullahi Yusuf, 22 years old; and Umar Yahaya, 20. The other two are Hassan Ishaka, 24;, and Shuaibu Abubakar, 19.
The Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, assured that the suspects will be charged to court for criminal conspiracy and armed robbery upon the conclusion of investigation,” the police said.
