Four kidnappers terrorising the northwest region were arrested by the Kaduna State Police Command yesterday

Mansir said the suspects confessed to be a part of a kidnapping syndicate in Lere council and admitted to stealing two cattle, which they sold to Idris Abubakar, ‘m’, 47, from Dokan Lere, who was also arrested. He said: “The arrest took place at about 2:50 a.m. During the operation, an AK-47 rifle, a locally made pistol, and three cartridges were recovered from the suspect.
