According to Harris County Pct. 1, Sergeant Wayne Shultz was caught with a GPS scrambling device underneath his county patrol car. He was hired by Harris County Pct. 6 just 10 days after resigning.

"We do not tolerate this behavior," Precinct 1 said in a statement to ABC13. "He was taken off patrol and soon thereafter given a 'general discharge,' not an honorable discharge.Agencies have to choose between three categories when reporting an officer's separation to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement . They are general, honorable, and dishonorable.
