A group of prominent Lagos State indigenes, under the aegis of De Renaissance Patriots, has urged the state government to act immediately without further delay to address the environmental challenges occasioned by flooding

, which it said, had become a yearly ritual in Lagos Island and other parts of the state, including Lekki Phase I.

Besides, the group also charged the state’s House of Assembly led by Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa and the Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akiolu, to raise their voices on the matter to save the situation. RELATEDLY, a non-profitable social group, Club Seventies Epe , has said that the Epe Division in Lagos State deserves more attention from the administration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
