A severe weather warning has been cancelled and rain is expected to ease further over the next few days. “There are all manner of risks in being out and about at the moment, whether it is the risk of flash flooding or whether it’s the risk of debris being left behind by some of the flash flooding that we’ve seen over the past 24 hours,” Ms Cooke said.Sydney has already received more than its average annual rainfall as three separate wild weather patterns hit Australia’s east coast in the past six weeks.
