The event is organised and spearheaded by the Volunteer Individuals for Peace , a local peace organisation chaired by Dr. Ronald Adamat, Commissioner of the Commission on Higher Education . This event becomes international with the participation of a South Korea-based NGO, Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light chaired by Lee Man-hee who is a peace advocate and war veteran from South Korea.
