Eight-time champions, Enyimba, Remo Stars and Bendel Insurance qualified from Group A of the abridged league.The competition will start on Saturday with three games.In the second game of the day, Sunshine Stars will take on holders Rivers United.There will be five matchdays and the team with the highest points tally will go home with the trophy and N100m.
There is also the chance to represent Nigeria on the continent as the first and second-place teams will feature in the CAF Champions League next season.
