Voters have been captured on video fighting outside a polling both in Melbourne after reported comments about Daniel Andrews, as millions had their say on who should lead Victoria.

The voters came to blows at a school believed to be in Niddrie, in the Labor-held electorate of the same name, on Saturday morning.

A bystander called out"stop it, stop it" while another said"enough, enough" as the two men wrestled each other towards the ground. Mr Andrews is attempting to become only the third Labor leader in the state's history after John Cain and Steve Bracks to win a third consecutive election. Victorian election is a ‘referendum on Daniel Andrews’Former Victorian premier Jeff Kennett says this is not an election between Labor, Coalition and Independents, but a “referendum on Daniel Andrews”. “A referendum of what we Victorians want of our government for the next four years,” Mr Kennett told Sky News host Peta Credlin. “You’ve got to think about your future living here in Victoria and trying to manage this debt that is so large, that it is going to affect the quality of services for years to come. “It will come down to this issue – more Daniel – less Daniel.”
