ween the Federal Government and the Joint Public Sector Negotiating Council again ended in deadlock on Monday.
During the meeting which was chaired by the Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita, government shifted from its earlier position of 9.5 per cent to 11 per cent for grade levels seven to 14 and 6.5 per cent from 5.5 per cent for levels 15 to 17. He said the JNPSNC had resolved to write to the Nigeria Labour Congress, and the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria, on their advice on a possible industrial action.
