The Federal Government said it has successfully intervened in 64 internal road projects in various federal tertiary institutions and has already handed over 46.
Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Raji Fashola, disclosed this in Minna, Niger State, at the weekend, while commissioning the 1.25km internal road to the management building of the Federal University of Technology, Gidan Kwanu Campus, Minna.
Fashola noted that gap in infrastructure is steadily being bridged through a gradual process of repairs, renewal and construction of major highways. He said the initiative has now reached schools.
