The Federal Government has conferred the award of Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) on Mr. Umar Abdullahi, chairman/CEO of Cosgrove
Abdullahi was recognised for the resounding impact he made in the country’s housing sector particularly by pioneering the integration of state-of-the-art technology into real estate in the country.
Abdullahi is the founder of Cosgrove, a real estate development organisation that developed the first fully automated estate in the country – Cosgrove Smart Estate in Abuja.Also, former Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Emeka Anyaoku bagged the country’s second highest National Honor of Grand Commander of Order of the Niger , while ten Justices of the Supreme Court were also honoured alongside the Emir of Dutse, Nuhu Sanusi and the Governor of the CBN, Godwin Emefiele among others.
