FEC approves N318m for NDDC forensic audit
The Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio, who briefed journalists after the FEC meeting at the State House today, said President Muhammadu Buhari ordered the audit after a request to him by nine governors of the Niger Delta States in October 2019.He said, “Of course, it’s as a result of the fact that we have not had value for the money expended in that commission since inception. Foresic audit will cover from 2001 to 2019.
