The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has filed a fresh evidence of forgery at the Supreme Court of Nigeria
against the qualification of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the February 25, 2023 presidential election.
Respondents in the motion are the Independent National Electoral Commission , Bola Tinubu, and the All Progressive Congress as 1st to 3rd Respondents, respectfully. The 1st Applicant, through his US-based Attorneys thereupon, brought an action in the U.S. District Court for the Northem District of Illhois in re: Application of Atiku Abubakar for an Order Directing Discovery from Chicago State University Case No.
