FCT rice farmers laud Buhari over border closure
Chairman of the FCT chapter of Rice Farmers Association of Nigeria , Alhaji Abubakar Dahiru Zuba, has commended President Muhammadu Buhari over the closure of borders to checkmate importation of rice into the country.
