The Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA, on Thursday confirmed eight new cases of coronavirus in Abuja.This brings the total number of cases in FCT to 436.“Summary of #COVID19FCT as at May 20th, 2020.Total number of confirmed cases: 436;FCTA advised residents to take preventive measures seriously and stay safe as the country continues to fight the spread of coronavirus.

Meanwhile, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control on Wednesday night confirmed 284 new cases of COVID-19 in the country. As of Thursday morning, the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria stands at 6677, with 200 deaths recorded.
