The Ogun State Police Command on Wednesday confirmed the death of a yet-to-be-identified bus driver involved in an accident on the Kara Bridge along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Isheri Olofin, Lagos. The command's public relations officer, Omolola Odutola, who confirmed the accident to DAILY POST, said: 'A fatal motor accident occurred on December 17, 2024, on the Kara Bridge along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Isheri Olofin, Lagos.

' According to Odutola, police swiftly arrived at the scene and, in collaboration with the unit of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, in Ojodu, took the injured victims to the Lagos State Emergency Clinic at Old Toll Gate, Ojota, for medical attention. The corpse was then delivered to Divine Hospital Mortuary in Ibafo for preservation and autopsy.
