A large-scale farmer, Saminu Barjanga, has been murdered on his farm at Barjanga village in Gassol Local Government Area of Taraba State.
Daily Trust gathered that the farmer was also a businessman with many big shops at different locations in MutumBiyu, headquarters of Gassol.Sources close to his family told Daily Trust that late Barjanga left his shop early morning that fateful Monday to inspect his farm when he was attacked.The source said some people at a farm settlement near the victim farm heard somebody calling for help inside the farm.
