Senate President Bukola Saraki two weeks ago said the Senate would pass the N8.83 trillion budget on April 16, which was yesterday.The Senate President then directed all committees of the Senate to submit their budget reports ‎to the Appropriation Committee last Wednesday and that the appropriation panel should submit the entire report on Thursday last week.
