MANILA City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso ordered on Monday, November 8, 2021, the lifting of the mandatory use of face shield in his jurisdiction.
"Ang kailangan na lang nating gawin ay mag face mask para kahit paano, maibsan ang inyong gastusin araw-araw dahil sa face shield na yan," he added. "Wala na hong face shields maliban na lang sa critical areas like hospitals and health centers and even the public transport system," said Abalos.
