FA Cup: Guardiola reveals why Arsenal defeated Man City 2-0
Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has blamed his side’s slow start for their 2-0 defeat to Arsenal in their FA Cup semi-final on Saturday.
Although City dominated possession for most of the game, it was the Gunners who scored twice in each half through Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.“We started slow and without the way you have to play,” Guardiola said after the match at Wembley.“They defended well. It happened [when Arsenal played] against Liverpool too so we knew it. But we were not good.”
