In what appears to be an embarrassing moment, the video of a female police officer who wrongly recited Nigeria’s national anthem has gone viral.
The female police officer led the recitation of the national anthem at the conference and retreat for senior operatives in Imo state. The retreat, which was attended by senior police and military officers, took place on Monday in Owerri, the Imo state capital.In the usual manner in government events, Nigeria’s national anthem is usually recited at the opening of the programme.
During the recitation of the national anthem at the event, the female police officer could not properly recite the lyrics ., put this woman on the stage, to make a complete mess of the national anthem?. This better be some skit or doctored video. Otherwise this is disgusting and shows the level of incompetence in
I know even sure I remember all the wording of our national anthem again… However, she should have practiced and prepared more, might also be due to stage fright.
