The 2023 polls are just a few weeks away and there are concerns about whether it will be free and fair. We discuss some of the threats here.
From counting years to months, Nigerians are down to counting merely weeks before the 2023 general polls hold in February and March respectively.
As the countdown is on, there are also concerns about some of the issues threatening the conduct of a free and fair election. Already, the Independent National Electoral Commission, has raised the alarm over the coordinated attacks on its offices across the federation and general insecurity in the country, which it said could impact the conduct of the election and even make having a clear-cut winner difficult.
