Justice Oyejide Falola of the Osun State judiciary has reacted to a petition filed against him at the National Judicial Commission , a body saddled with protecting the image and integrity of the judiciary in Nigeria.
The financial institution urged the NJC to investigate the allegations of misconduct against the judge, saying taking appropriate sanction against him would serve as deterrence to others.
