The condemnation followed the call by a group of protesters for sack and prosecution of the Special Assistant to the President and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Prof. Charles Dokubo by a group over the alleged vandalism and looting of training facilities.

In a statement made available to Vanguard, the ex-militant leaders said that the allegation was targeted to undermine the credibility of the Amnesty boss and his impeccable character.
