LAS VEGAS — A former Southern California street gang leader charged with killing rap icon Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas in 1996 is expected Tuesday to learn the date for his murder trial, probably next year. Anderson, then 22, denied involvement in Shakur’s killing. He died two years later in a shooting in Compton.
