Civil rights advocacy group, Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria, (HURIWA), on Sunday, said contrary to fake and mischievous reports circulating
“The achievements of Ugwuanyi is in Enugu for everyone to see. For instance, a mid-2019 report by the National Bureau of Statistics named Enugu state as one of the six states in Nigeria, which recorded the highest net gains in full-time employment over the years.”According to him, Enugu State under Ugwuanyi was also rated by the Financial Derivatives Company as one of Nigeria’s Most Financially Stable States with Lagos and Kano states.
HURIWA’s Onwubiko said, “The report that Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi is in hiding is fake as the former governor is in Enugu receiving visitors from different interest groups – traditional institutions, friends and associates including even holding consultations with the new governor on Good governance standards.
