Former Golden Eaglets forward, Akinkunmi Amoo has been sentenced to one-year in prison by a court in Denmark for sexual assault.According to Danish newspaper, Ekstra Bladet, Amoo was charged with rape, as well as attempted rape and violations of two more women.
Danish authorities had first brought forward criminal charges against the player in April 2022, and then again in July and August 2022.The Nigerian was found guilty of all three charges in the Copenhagen District Court.He will then be banned from entering Denmark for six years.Related Topics:
