Real Madrid defender, Raphael Varane, could take his dream shirt number at Manchester United, according to Daily Mail.The 28-year-old will line up alongside Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw and Aaron-Wan Bissaka in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s back line.Varane has worn 19, 2 and 5 for Los Blancos because Sergio Ramos always had the no 4 shirt.That number is currently taken by Phil Jones in the United squad.
Jones has been with the Red Devils for 10 years, but failed to play in a single Premier League fixture last season. The club are willing to let the 29-year-old leave due to his frequent injury issues and as a result, United have the chance to hand Varane the No.4 shirt he would seemingly want.
