EPL: Solskjaer hands Man Utd list of players to buy wednesdaymorning
Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, has handed the club his wish-list as the summer transfer window opens, the UK Sun reports.United secured Champions League football on the last day of the season, following a 2-0 win at Leicester City that ensured they finished in third place.Jadon Sancho is United’s top target, although Borussia Dortmund is adamant he will not be sold for anything less than market value.
It is also believed Leicester City left-back, Ben Chilwell, is amongst the targets, which could lead to a transfer battle with Chelsea for his signature. Although Solskjaer likes Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish, he is looking for a pure midfielder to play alongside Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes, meaning long-term target Donny van de Beek of Ajax could fit the bill.
Solskjaer splashed the cash last summer on Harry Maguire and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, whilst the January arrival of Bruno Fernandes changed their season around.
