EPL: Liverpool confirm deal for striker, Layton Stewart
Stewart, 17, made his last appearance for Liverpool’s Under 18 against Sunderland in January, where he scored a hat-trick.“Layton Stewart has signed his first professional contract with Liverpool FC,” a club statement read.“His last appearance for the U18s saw him claim a hat-trick against Sunderland in January.
“The striker was part of the matchday squad for the Carabao Cup quarter-final away at Aston Villa in December.”
