Chelsea boss, Graham Potter, has singled out Kai Havertz for praise following his side’s Premier League 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday.

Potter said he was pleased with Havertz for getting the winning goal for Chelsea against Crystal Palace. The former Brighton coach watched as a second-half goal from Havertz gave Chelsea the victory over Palace at Stamford Bridge. “He [Havertz] worked the line really well. He has pushed and pushed, I am pleased for him to get the winning goal,” Potter said in his post-match interview after Chelsea’s win over Palace.

He added, “Today, we are happy for the three points. Overall we played quite well, they had their moments as well but today was about getting the victory.”Related Topics:
