Tottenham caretaker boss Ryan Mason said that it is all over for goalkeeper Hugo Lloris for the season.
The goalkeeper has been on the sideline since injuring his thigh in the 6-1 defeat against Newcastle last month. Reports in England suggest that the former France number one might have played his last game for the club with Spurs keen to bring in a new shot-stopper. Mason, who addressed the press ahead of the Premier League fixture this weekend, said, “Hugo is out for the season. We have now had the results back. We did fear that.
“I can’t speak about next season but Hugo has a very important role for us until the end of the season.”
