West Ham United manager David Moyes is keen for his captain Declan Rice to join Chelsea this summer as part of a move to sign their midfielder Conor
Rice appears to have played his last game for West Ham after leading the club to win the Europa Conference glory in Prague last week.
However, Arsenal have viewed Rice as their top summer target since the start of the year and are thought to be close to agreeing to a £100million deal to bring him to the Emirates this summer.
