RMC Sport and Telefoot, report that both clubs have agreed and signed the deal while the player’s personal terms are close to being finalised. The Frenchman is set to sign a five-year contract with West Ham. This is after the Hammers had initially refused to meet Zouma’s £120,000-a-week wage demand.Once Zouma is sold, Chelsea are expected to press ahead with the signing of Kounde, who has a £68m release clause in his contract with Sevilla.
