EPL: Bayer Leverkusen take decision on Kai Havertz joining Chelsea
Chelsea is reported to have started negotiations with Leverkusen about a potential transfer of the Germany international this summer’s transfer window.
The Blues owner, Roman Abramovich, is willing to give manager, Frank Lampard, significant backing in the transfer market this summer. Reacting to the development, Voller insisted that Leverkusen is doing everything possible to keep the 20-year-old beyond this summer.
