The Super Eagles midfielder was at the right place to finish off a well-worked run and cross from Kyle Walker-Peters. Bernardo Silva and Kevin de Bruyne were at their best in recent times. The duo put Man City in a commanding two-goal lead before Jeremy Doku added a third to secure all three points. The six-goal thriller saw leads exchanged by both side until Newcastle stole a point in the final minutes of the encounter. Mohamed Salah scored a brace after Curtis Jones’ leveller to put the league leaders ahead but Fabian Schar ensured a share of the points.
