Man United finished in the third position in the recently concluded Premier League season.
Erik ten Hag’s side are keen to bolster their squad this summer in a bid to challenge Premier League champions Manchester City next season. “I absolutely think that if Manchester United sign Declan Rice and Harry Kane, then they would be second favourites to win the Premier League,” Allardyce told William Hill.
“I saw Declan Rice firsthand at West Ham away this season.
