ASABA-THE Olorogun O’Tega Emerhor led Mainstream Delta APC, MDA, yesterday resolved to work for the victory of Chief Great Ogboru and other candidates of the party in the forthcoming gubernatorial and State Houses of Assembly election.MDA in a statement after an emergency meeting of the group held at the country home of Olorogun O’Tega Emerhor signed by its Cordinator and Leader,
Chief Alfred Oloko and Mr. Awele Van-Nwoko, passed a vote of absolute confidence in the leadership of Olorogun O’tega Emerhor and the Chief Cyril Ogodo led State Executive of the party.While pledging to continue to support Olorogun O’Tega Emerhor and Chief Cyril Ogodo in the task of leading APC in Delta State to greater heights, they congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on their victory at the Presidential election of February 23rd.
While thanking Nigerians for giving President Muhammadu Buhari four more years to move Nigeria to the next level of progress and development, the group in the statement said; “The MDA thanks all its members, particularly the 4000 canvassers it inaugurated for the door to door campaign leading up to the presidential and national assembly elections of February 23, 2019 for their hard work in ensuring that Delta APC gave our president over 25% votes in Delta State.
“The MDA resolved to work assiduously for the victory of APC and all its candidates in the forthcoming Governorship and State House Assembly elections of March 9, 2019, in Delta state”.
