The Federal Road Safety Commission has advised motorists to guide against reckless driving especially from September to December usually referred to as `ember’ months.The Oyo State Sector Commander of the Corps, Mrs Cecilia Alao, gave the advice in a telephone interview with News Agency of Nigeria on Thursday.
